Pat Lynch, Treasurer of the National Funeral Directors Association Executive Board, recently returned from Topeka, Kansas, where he addressed the Kansas Funeral Directors Association on the topic of the Frontline documentary, The Undertaking, and its continued influence in the world of funeral service. He also installed, as a representative of NFDA, the KFDA’s newest executive board members. On his way home from Topeka, he stopped in Springfield, Illinois, where he attended the annual meeting of the American Board of Funeral Service Educators (ABFSE), which oversees the 56 accredited mortuary schools in the country.
