Grief is a journey that does not have to be taken alone. An 8-week seminar and support group for people who are grieving. Presented by New Hope Center for Grief Support and offered several times throughout the year in cities throughout southeastern Michigan.

New Hope also offers several age and loss specific ongoing grief support groups including:

- Circles of Hope - For young widows and widowers
- Fresh Start - For widows and widowers who are "empty nesters"
- Wayfarers - For widows and widowers who are retired
- Parents of Hope - For parents who have lost a child
- New Hope for KIDZ & Teens - For kids and teens between 3 & 18 who have lost a significant loved one
- Suicide loss group - For those who have lost a loved one to suicide
