 Theresa K. Dobosenski died peacefully at her home in Auburn Hills, April 30, 2012. She was 93 years old. Theresa was born December 12, 1918, in Kettle River, Minnesota, to Antonia (nee Kachinski) and Michael Cheslak.
A devoted Catholic throughout her life, Theresa was a founding member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Auburn Hills. She loved being with family and playing cards, whatever the game. She lived in her present home, which her husband helped build, for 64 years. Theresa enjoyed all western movies. She was also an avid reader of Mary Higgins Clark and at one time even met the famous author. Theresa and her late husband Louie could always be found somewhere at polka dances. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Theresa was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
Theresa is survived by her children, Michael (Patricia) Dobosenski, Thomas (Kathy) Dobosenski, and Ann (Brian) Wallace. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Lucy Fabeck. Theresa is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louie Dobosenski.
Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Wednesday 4-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Columban Church, 1775 Melton, Birmingham, Thursday 11am.
Burial in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Theresa's family. She was a thoughtful and beautiful lady. She & Louis will put on a good show for our heavenly father. She certainly was a great example of how to live a good life. We will always love her and will never forget her and it was an honor to be her Godson. Bill & Alice
