Bernice L. Quartuccio (Bushway, Skomial) age 88, of Highland and formerly of Detroit, March 2, 2010.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Clements Skomial and Peter Quartuccio and her brother, Clarence (Willa) Bushway. She is survived by her son, Roy (Donna) Skomial; step-son, Peter R. (Ruth) Quartuccio; grandchildren, Kimberly (Ange) Jaffrelot, Michelle (Scott) Huebler, Wendy (Dick) Buike, Lynn (David) Balaka, Peter J. Quartuccio; 9 great-grandchildren and many loving extended family members and dear friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1955 E. Commerce Rd., Milford, on Friday, March 5, at 11AM with Fr. Ron Anderson officiating. Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty, Milford, on Wednesday 5-9PM and Thursday 2-9PM. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society. Roy & Family We will always cherish your Mothers memories. For many years Aunt Bernice and Uncle Pete were a big part of our lifes. Thank you for sharing her with us. Aunt Bernice, was a Grand Lady.

Roy and Family....I have very special memories of Aunt Bernice and Uncle Pete. They both spent a lot of time at our house when I was growing up. I will cherish those loving memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
