Barbara J. Vagiates, age 70 of Lake Sherwood in Commerce Twp., died on February 28, 2010. She is survived by her beloved husband, Zissis “Zeke” and her daughter, Thea (Mark Marra) Vagiates of Commerce Township. Also surviving are her brother, George Schroeder, a sister, Mary (Robert) Gensterblum, nieces, Kaye and Kris, a nephew, Kurt, and many dear friends.
Mrs. Vagiates was retired from Henry Ford Hospital where she worked as a registered nurse for many years.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty, Milford, on Friday, March 5, at 12 Noon. Friends may visit Wednesday 4-9PM and Thursday 2-9PM. For further information please phone 248-684-6645.
